One person named Phineas (son of Eli) appeared in 1 Samuel 1:3; 2:34 and 4:4-19 who was killed by the Philistines when the Ark of the Covenant was captured. Shortly after, his wife gave birth to a boy named Ichabod. Later, a brother of Ichabod's appeared in 1 Samuel 14:3:
Post-Flood lineage: Eli > Phineas > Ahitub > Ahijah

Much more is known of the son of Eleazar (a Levite).
His birth was recorded in both Exodus 6:25 and 1 Chronicles 6:4, and was stated to have 2 sons: Abishua and Eleazar (who was clearly named after his grandfather - Ezra 8:33)

Post-Flood lineage: Abraham > Isaac > Jacob > Levi > Kohath > Amram > Aaron > Eleazar > Phinehas

Four descendants of Phineas include Eleazar (Ezra 8:33), Jehozadak (who was deported to Babylon) as stated in 1 Chronicles 6:4-15,
Ezra (Ezra 7:1-5), and Gershom (Ezra 8:2).

Phinehas, grandson of Moses' brother Aaron, was a Levite priest. 1 Chronicles 9:20:
20. In earlier times Phinehas son of Eleazar was in charge of the gatekeepers, and the LORD was with him.

Under Moses' instructions, he killed an Israelite engaging in sexual relations with a pagan woman to end a plague in Numbers 25.
Numbers 25:10-13 stated:
10. The LORD said to Moses,
11. "Phinehas son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron, the priest, has turned my anger away from the Israelites; for he was as zealous as I am for my honor among them, so that in my zeal I did not put an end to them.
12. Therefore tell him I am making my covenant of peace with him.
13. He and his descendants will have a covenant of a lasting priesthood, because he was zealous for the honor of his God and made atonement for the Israelites."
Psalm 106:30 accredited Phinehas for ending the plague just as it gave Moses credit for intervening and pleading to God for mercy on behalf of the Israelites.

Phinehas, Eleazar (his father) and Moses oversaw distribution of the spoils after defeating the Midianites in Numbers 31.

Not long before his father died, Phinehas spoke with the Israelites after they returned from successful battles under Joshua's leadership in Joshua 22:13-32. Eleazar was buried at Gibeah on land belonging to Phinehas in Joshua 24:33.

While they still had possession of the Ark of the Covenant, the Israelites fought against the Benjamites in Judges 20:28.

That was the last mention of Aaron's grandson, Phineas.
