There are several generic references; but, most of the island references in the Bible are related to Paul's mission trips - except for the reference to Patmos (in the Aegean Sea between Greece and Turkey) in Revelation 1:9.

• Acts 27:16 - Cauda, an island just south of Crete (known in King James as Clauda)
• Acts 28:1 - Malta (in King James it is called Melita)
