Since Jesus was God in human form, He spoke of how He desires us all to get along in harmony. He also spoke in parables so that people could understand how God's love should transform our lives and let that hope spill over to others. His most famous group of sermons was known as the Sermon on the Mount which begins with what we call the beautiful attitudes or "Beattitudes". When asked what the greatest commandment was, he replied to love God and love others - Matthew 22:34-40 and Mark 12:28-34
