We have Moses' lifespan to help determine the next time frame after this.
According to Answers in Genesis, 64 yrs. had elapsed from the death of Joseph until Moses was born.

Moses' life can be divided into thirds - 40 yrs. while Jacob's family were slaves in Egypt until he fled to Midian (Arabia) in Exodus 2, 40 yrs. until God called him to return to Egypt with his brother Aaron to persuade the pharoah to release the Jews (known as the Exodus), then 40 yrs. wandering in the desert from Kadesh-Barnea until he died on Mount Nebo within sight of Canaan (the promised land). Moses was 80 when he began the Exodus according to Exodus 7:7; but, he was denied the right to enter Canaan.

Exodus 7:7:
7. Moses was eighty years old and Aaron eighty-three when they spoke to Pharaoh.

1 Kings 6:1-38 lays out 487 yrs. from the Exodus to the completion of the (First) Temple.
From Exodus to the start of king Solomon's temple was 480 yrs. (verse 1).
1. In the four hundred and eightieth year after the Israelites had come out of Egypt, in the fourth year of Solomon's reign over Israel, in the month of Ziv, the second month, he began to build the temple of the LORD.
...
37. The foundation of the temple of the LORD was laid in the fourth year, in the month of Ziv.
38. In the eleventh year in the month of Bul, the eighth month, the temple was finished in all its details according to its specifications. He had spent seven years building it.

Four yrs prior to when he decided to build the temple, Solomon was made king.
Adding the 7 yrs. from verse 38 to the 480 yrs. makes 487 yrs.

64 + 80 + 480 + 7 = 631 yrs. from the death of Joseph until the completion of king Solomon's temple.
